This role emphasizes scalable microservices, cloud initiatives, and AI‑driven enhancements. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in enterprise solutions, 5+ years in Java, and 2+ years in Generative AI, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment.
5+ years of Java development experience.
5+ years of cloud initiatives and microservices experience.
3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
3+ years of Agile-based development.
2+ years of Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

Leverage expertise to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, collaborating with architects and senior engineers.
Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability considerations.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to grow the team's skills.
