Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience with backend and mobile development.
• Experience owning architecture for features and deployment topology.
• Hands‑on experience deploying software into hospital or enterprise environments.
• Backend and mobile integration with clinical systems (FHIR/HL7).
• Familiarity with AI coding agents and enabling end‑to‑end workflows.
• Ability to produce lifecycle documentation and regulatory‑compliant artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture for features, interfaces, data models, and deployment topology.
• Build backend services for ingestion, processing, storage, and clinical integration (cloud and on‑prem).
• Develop mobile apps (Flutter) for real‑time monitoring with BLE integration.
• Plan deployments into hospital environments and validate site requirements.
• Lead V&V activities, create verification evidence, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate across teams (systems, firmware, V&V) to ensure compliant delivery.
