You will be part of the Engineering leadership team at ServiceTitan responsible for the technical direction of our product. We are looking for someone to lead all technical aspects of an engineering team at ServiceTitan. We need a highly technical, forward-looking leader who will own the technical vision of a squad and be accountable for the successful execution of that vision. The candidate should be able to balance rapid iteration with high product quality, be innovative, and comfortable with ambiguity.

What you'll do:

1. Own from end to end the technical vision of your squad.
2. Make major technical decisions and influence team decisions.
3. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers.
4. Improve technical quality through design and code reviews.
5. Share technical knowledge via talks or blog posts.
6. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

1. Role model behavior as an individual contributor.
2. Guide technology decisions and contribute alongside your team.
3. 8+ years of experience in senior engineering roles.
4. 15+ years of industry experience.

Expertise in:

• Microsoft .NET stack and SQL databases.
• HTML5, JavaScript; Typescript and React are a plus.
• Git, testing, debugging, profiling, performance monitoring.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Educational background in a related technical field.
