We have partnered with a fast-growing Series A AI startup building innovative products for enterprise customers.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Staff Software Engineer to join its growing San Francisco engineering team. This is a high‑ownership role where you’ll shape technical direction, own critical product areas, and build across frontend, backend, architecture, and AI integrations.

You’ll work closely with founders, customers, product, design, and GTM teams to turn complex business problems into scalable, customer‑facing products.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction across architecture, reliability, performance, and engineering quality

• Build across frontend, backend, full-stack systems, and AI integrations

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in modern web technologies, product architecture, or AI integrations
• Comfortable working across the stack in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
• Able to work on-site in San Francisco five days per week

• Previous experience working with teams, companies, or customers in Ireland or the United Kingdom
• Academic or professional experience from a leading university or technology ecosystem in Ireland or the UK
