SEPS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support the development of the applications that power the Sony Engagement Platform. In this role, you will design and build secure, scalable, and high‑performing solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences across Sony’s global ecosystem. As a Staff Engineer, you will contribute to both front‑end and back‑end systems, playing a hands‑on role in architecture, implementation, and technical leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to build robust, maintainable applications. The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $200,000 to $235,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
