Job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

This role is a shared software engineering pipeline for the teams building the systems that run Anduril: CorpTech Platform, ArsenalOS, and CorporateOS. You are hired into the pipeline, then placed where your strengths fit best. Both teams do full-stack product work on high-availability systems, both partner directly with the business and the factory, and both contribute directly to Anduril’s ability to be the next generation defense prime.

CorpTech Platform is the internal engineering force multiplier behind Anduril’s corporate systems. It invests in data platforms, software platforms, QA and release excellence, ERP engineering, and AI infrastructure. Platform builds the foundation for both ArsenalOS, our manufacturing and build arm, and CorpOS, the system that lets Finance and Growth operate with speed and precision.

ArsenalOS is the digital backbone of Anduril’s hardware enterprise. It is the operational OS for the factory floor, the software that turns designs into high-rate production of Roadrunner, Fury, and other Anduril products, and keeps the line running.

CorporateOS is the arm that supports Anduril’s finance and accounting teams with first class internal tools and enterprise systems. Those products are the invisible backbone that ensures Anduril runs a healthy balance sheet. All work you do here has immediate visible impact on our balance sheet.

We are also driving Anduril toward becoming an autonomous enterprise. Through initiatives like the Autonomous Software Factory, we are rethinking how software is built, tested, deployed, and evolved by integrating AI directly into the engineering lifecycle.

Enterprise systems are strategic engines, scaling Anduril’s business and production systems with the same rigor, speed, and adaptability as its mission critical products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own and deliver features for systems such as Forge, Anduril’s production platform.
  • Level up our team’s applications through quality code contribution and writing tests.
  • Leverage frontier AI tooling for development, and contribute to our local AI harnesses.
  • Partner with the factory floor to enable high rate build of Roadrunner, Fury, and other Anduril products.
  • Join an on‑call rotation for software support of the production floor or equivalent applications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, factory systems, and production digital tools.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 12+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Have an area of deep expertise in one or more portions of full stack web development (i.e. backend, frontend, integration).
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree.
  • Experience working with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirements.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in hyper growth startup-like environments, with demonstrated successes in scaling and maturing software development processes, team culture and methods, and ability to balance short-term and long-term trade offs.
  • Understanding of three letter acronyms such as ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, etc.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
  • Experience in manufacturing industries with hands on experience on assembly lines.
  • Experience in financial operations or accounting.
