The RealReal is looking for a highly experienced and self‑motivated Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our Sales & Retail team.
Working closely with Product partners and Engineering management, you will build technical solutions enhancing, optimizing and iterating the RealReal’s Sales & Retail platform to support TRR’s sales and retail associates with tooling, and enable seamless customer experiences in sales and retail channels. You will work closely with Product and business stakeholders to help build robust scalable back‑ends to empower seamless and engaging customer journeys that optimize our Sales & Retail platform effectiveness.
The expected salary range for this role is $172,460.00-$215,575.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
