Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12+ years of experience OR Master’s with 10+ years OR STEM PhD with 8+ years.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance required or higher.
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance.
• Experience with digital manufacturing processes and supplier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Technical management of subcontractors to achieve yield/volume rates for mission transition.
• Establish metrics and processes for data transmission from multiple sources.
• Ensure developers understand priorities, expectations, and deadlines.
• Lead regular stakeholder reviews of technical approach for digital delivery and testing.
• Lead supplier evaluation and conduct manufacturing assessments and design reviews.
• Execute supplier statements of work and technical delivery approvals.
• Support the Systems Engineering Manager on a daily basis.
• Assign tasks to developers based on skills and priorities.
• Maintain task lists, sprint plans, and WBS across environments.
• Monitor progress and rebalance work to meet milestones.
• Translate project plans into development tasks for CPLM and MES projects.
