SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer for its Government SRE team in the United States. You will own reliability for government environments, coordinate compliant deployments, and work with security, compliance, and engineering to enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure and release processes.

The role requires heavy collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure FedRAMP and DoD compliance while delivering a consistent software experience in commercial

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE/DevOps or infrastructure engineering for SaaS products.
• 4+ years running operations at large scale.
• 2+ years with container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FedRAMP, DoD, and NIST compliance.
• Multi-cloud experience (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with scripting and automation to improve workflows.

Responsabilités

• Drive continuous software delivery and incident management for production environments.
• Lead post-mortems, root cause analyses, and preventative actions.
• Improve observability and alerting; design monitoring solutions.
• Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs/SLAs with product and engineering.
• Develop software addressing operational and compliance challenges.
• Coordinate government environment releases and optimize release pipelines.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, SecOps, compliance, and leadership.
