Job summary

Antioch is the simulation platform for physical AI. We enable teams to develop, evaluate, and generate synthetic data for their physical systems in a high-fidelity cloud environment. This is an early, high-ownership builder role; you’ll turn real systems into validated simulations that customers can trust.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with robotics or hardware simulation.
• Experience building, calibrating, and validating simulations of sensing modalities and physics.
• Ability to port complex physical systems into simulation and reason about fidelity.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and tooling.
• Track record of shipping production-ready capabilities.
• Comfort working from incomplete information and documenting assumptions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ingest customer systems into Antioch and translate real data into simulations.
• Design and implement simulation capabilities across dynamics, contacts, actuators, environments, sensors.
• Build high-fidelity models of sensing systems with noise and failure modes.
• Improve performance, reduce compute cost, and improve determinism.
• Create internal Python tooling for calibration and testing.
• Develop simulation bindings for the agentic framework for digital twins.
• Communicate assumptions and tradeoffs clearly with customers and teams.
