Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing complex evaluation, simulation, or test frameworks.
• Proficient in Python for production systems, including testing and reliability practices.
• Strong cross-team leadership and ability to influence architecture decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Architect large-scale test infrastructure and evaluation pipelines for simulation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate test operations into development workflows.
• Invent methodologies to quantify trustworthiness of simulation products at scale.
• Drive roadmaps and priorities, integrating new simulation tech with AV goals.
• Own and refine simulation KPIs and present tradeoffs to stakeholders.
