Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of software development experience, notably in Python.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on test automation with open-source tools.
- Strong communication skills with autonomy.
- Pass technical coding assessment.
Responsibilities
- Own automation features driven by customer requests for automotive data.
- Design and develop Python and Robot Framework automation at enterprise scale.
- Represent the team in Test Framework discussions.
- Develop Python automation libraries for testing software.
- Participate in code reviews with best practices.
- Mentor team to build a capable automation development group.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and backlog refinement.
- Drive process improvements and adopt new automation tech.
- Stay updated on emerging automation technologies.
