Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in EE/CE with 5+ years in semiconductor industry.
• Expertise in NOR/NAND flash architectures and datasheet compliance.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication, probe testing, assembly and final electrical test.
• Experience with reliability testing and AI-based tools for engineering analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Perl; JMP/Yield3 for data analysis.
• Experience with bench characterization and ATE platforms (Teradyne/Advantest).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design Engineering across the product lifecycle to review designs for standards and manufacturability.
• Lead product and process characterization to validate against datasheet specs and identify enhancements.
• Support high-volume manufacturing documentation, monitor process metrics, and drive efficiency.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for product quality and reliability with RCA on returns.
• Oversee development, test and packaging initiatives including new packages and test programs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers, guiding process and quality improvement projects.
