Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Staff Technical Program Manager for the Security Assurance Team in the Washington, DC metro area.

You will own end-to-end security compliance initiatives, lead federal authorization efforts, and collaborate with Security, Engineering, Internal Audit, and Corporate Operations to safeguard Databricks’ customers. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance and access to SCIF environments, with on-site work up to 5 days a week during critical

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in security and technical program management; DoD/IC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security compliance initiatives and federal authorizations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, Product, and Security.
• Provide executive-level transparency with accurate status reporting and risk mitigation.
• Refine delivery frameworks to balance rigor and agility in cloud-native environments.
• Build strategic partnerships with Security Assurance stakeholders and SMEs.
• Travel to DC-area SCIFs as required for platform buildouts and deployments.
