BIOS Life, a Boston-based healthcare tech company, seeks a Staff Security & Platform Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and security foundations supporting clinical apps and AI workloads. This hybrid role is based in Cambridge with at least three days onsite weekly, collaborating with Product Engineering and AI teams to build secure, scalable infrastructure.

Formación

• Significant hands-on experience designing, operating, and securing production cloud infrastructure.
• Strong AWS expertise with meaningful GCP experience or cross‑cloud proficiency.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD systems and security scanning.

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture, security, and operations of BIOS AWS and GCP environments.
• Develop and promote Infrastructure as Code patterns for secure, reproducible platforms.
• Lead CI/CD, DevSecOps, and security scanning within engineering workflows.
• Support SOC 2 compliance and audit readiness with automated evidence collection.
