Job summary

Inferact seeks a Member of Technical Staff, Vulnerability Management to own the vulnerability-management lifecycle for vLLM. You will investigate reports, determine root causes, and drive fixes and advisories with the core team and external partners.

You will work primarily in open source, coordinating with maintainers, security firms, researchers, and relevant teams to keep AI infrastructure secure and production-ready.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product security experience with infrastructure software focus.
• Ability to read source code, debug systems, reproduce issues, and explain root cause.

Responsibilities

• Own Inferact’s vulnerability-management process end-to-end.
• Investigate vulnerability reports and translate findings into actionable work for the core team.
• Coordinate fixes, security advisories, and releases through established processes.
• Identify practical security best practices to strengthen vLLM as it evolves.
• Collaborate with maintainers, security teams, researchers, and external partners.
