Salesloft, Inc. is seeking a Staff Security Engineer in Guadalajara, a hybrid role that requires onsite presence as needed.

You will own substantial areas of the platform's security, focusing on cloud security, threat modeling, detection, and response to protect customer data at scale. You will harden infrastructure (AWS/GCP), drive security in the CI/CD and development process, and partner with engineering to embed security from the start.

Qualifications

• Experience securing cloud-native platforms.
• Hands-on with AWS or GCP including infrastructure hardening.
• Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability management, and detection/incident response.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming for security tooling and automation.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve significant areas of the platform's security posture across cloud infrastructure, applications, and data.
• Threat-model new systems and features, partnering with engineering to bake in security from the start.
• Drive detection, investigation, and response for security events, and strengthen controls based on learnings.
• Harden cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and drive secure configuration through infrastructure- and policy-as-code.
• Assess and help secure AI/ML systems and the data that flows through them.
• Partner with engineering and IT to remediate vulnerabilities and raise the security bar company-wide.
