Qualifications

• Hands‑on security engineering experience with web/app security and secure SDLC.
• 5+ years in security engineering with knowledge of app security, auth protocols, cryptography, or supply chain security.
• 5+ years in various security assessment methods (threat modeling, design reviews, pen tests, vulnerability assessment).
• Proficient in Java, Go, or Python.
• Experience building tooling to detect and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own SSDLC and shift-left security across engineering platforms with automated SAST/DAST, supply chain, and CI/CD guardrails.
• Architect and build secure‑by‑default frameworks for cloud infra, microservices, and core components.
• Develop tooling to identify, reproduce, and mitigate security vulnerabilities at scale, collaborating with detection and response teams.
• Lead threat modeling, design reviews, and risk assessments for complex systems, embedding secure patterns in tooling.
• Define security standards, reference architectures, and policies across product development, APIs, data storage, and third‑party integrations.
• Drive cross‑functional decisions to build scalable, reliable, and secure developer platforms, AI systems, and infrastructure.
