Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field or equivalent research experience.
• Experience with flow cytometry, immunology, and tumor microenvironment studies.
• Strong scientific writing and ability to supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab operations and supervise technicians; manage projects and SOPs.
• Develop and execute ex vivo/in vitro tumor model work (PDOTS/MDOTS).
• Perform flow cytometry to characterize intratumoral and peripheral immune cells.
• Analyze data, prepare manuscripts, and assist in grants and presentations.
