The role emphasizes flow cytometry, 3D tumor models, and translational research using patient samples and organotypic tumor spheroids (PDOTS). The candidate will plan and oversee projects, supervise staff, assist in manuscript preparation, and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience with flow cytometry to analyze immune cell phenotypes.
• Background in cancer biology, immunology, and 3D tumor models.
• Ability to manage projects and supervise junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and oversight of research projects using in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro models to study endometrial cancer immune microenvironment.
• Perform flow cytometry to analyze immune cells in tumor microenvironment and patient-derived models (PDOTS).
• Maintain records for MDOTS/PDOTS/MTS processing and metadata; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Prepare manuscripts and grants; present data at meetings; contribute to SOPs and grant writing.
• Manage lab operations, budgets, safety, ordering, and training of staff and students.
