Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Staff Scientist, Clinical Development & Research to help shape evidence generation strategies for new products. You will translate scientific needs into development plans and work with study teams, investigators, and internal partners to advance programs on time and within budget.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in scientific or clinical research, with biomaterials/spine experience and strong GCP knowledge. Remote within the US, with visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in scientific, technical, or clinical research.
• Experience in Biomaterials and/or Spine preferred.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Scientist, Clinical Development & Research to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will help shape the evidence generation strategy for new products by translating scientific and clinical needs into well-designed development plans. You will work closely with study teams, key investigators, and internal partners to advance clinical programs that are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also involves protocol development, study documentation, and coordination of budgets, contracts, and agreements to support successful execution.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $109,000 – $174,800 annually
