Grupo QuintoAndar, a leading real estate ecosystem in Latin America, seeks a Staff-level Salesforce Architect to design and optimize our process platform within Salesforce. You will model critical business processes for rent terminations, CCV sales, and service migrations to Service Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Formación

• Experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Community Cloud.
• Experience with system integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with queue systems (SQS, Kafka).
• Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Salesforce deployment/DevOps (SFDX, CI/CD, Change Sets, Metadata API).
• Technical English for reading/writing; Portuguese fluency; some English used for code/docs/partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and QA to deliver secure, efficient solutions.
• Implement and maintain flows, triggers, workflows, and automation.
• Create and optimize reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.
• Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to solution architecture.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and standards.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Support leadership in coordinating with external consultancies to ensure architectural consistency.
• Drive architectural discussions and raise engineering standards as Staff-level engineer.
• Coordinate with partner engineering groups for cross-team initiatives.
