Job summary
Grupo QuintoAndar, a leading real estate ecosystem in Latin America, seeks a Staff-level Salesforce Architect to design and optimize our process platform within Salesforce. You will model critical business processes for rent terminations, CCV sales, and service migrations to Service Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Community Cloud.
- Experience with system integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with queue systems (SQS, Kafka).
- Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Salesforce deployment/DevOps (SFDX, CI/CD, Change Sets, Metadata API).
- Technical English for reading/writing; Portuguese fluency; some English used for code/docs/partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and QA to deliver secure, efficient solutions.
- Implement and maintain flows, triggers, workflows, and automation.
- Create and optimize reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.
- Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to solution architecture.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and standards.
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Support leadership in coordinating with external consultancies to ensure architectural consistency.
- Drive architectural discussions and raise engineering standards as Staff-level engineer.
- Coordinate with partner engineering groups for cross-team initiatives.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing our process platform within Salesforce. You will be responsible for modeling critical business processes, including the termination of "For Rent" contracts and supporting the CCV sales process. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions that drive business success.
This role is also key to supporting our ongoing platform evolution, including the transition of critical service processes to Salesforce Service Cloud and improvements in operational efficiency at scale.
- Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of efficient and secure solutions.
- Implement and maintain flows, triggers, workflows, process builder, and other automations.
- Create and optimize reports and dashboards in Salesforce to enhance decision-making.
- Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to solution architecture.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and standards.
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Support technical leadership when interacting with external consultancies, ensuring architectural consistency and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- As a Staff-level engineer, you are also expected to:
- Drive architectural discussions and influence technical direction.
- Raise engineering standards through reviews, patterns, and technical leadership.
- Support cross-team initiatives and coordinate with partner engineering groups.
- Ensure long-term scalability and maintainability of the platform.
- Experience with development on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Community Cloud.
- Experience with system integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with queue systems (SQS, Kafka, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with deployment and DevOps in Salesforce (SFDX, CI/CD, Change Sets, Metadata API).
- Technical English for reading and writing.
- Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge in English - we usually use English to write our code, documentation, tools, reference materials and eventually talk to partners and co-workers from other countries.
- Have Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder).
- Experience with MuleSoft, Tableau CRM, or other tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
