Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer, test automation architect, or similar role.
• Proven ability to design automated test frameworks, test harnesses, simulation layers, mocks, and reusable test infrastructure.
• Strong Python programming experience; Python is the primary language for this role.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as pytest, Robot Framework, Playwright, or similar technologies.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop, software-in-the-loop, simulation-based testing, or automated fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the software test automation strategy across application, integration, and system-level testing.
• Design, implement, and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks, libraries, harnesses, simulators, and mocks.
• Build reliable automation for testing software applications with clear pass/fail criteria and diagnostics.
• Develop roadmaps for multi-application integration testing, HIL testing, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Mentor engineers in automation design, test strategy, and verified software design.
