Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python.
• Proficient in database and API testing.
• Familiar with AI-powered testing tools and AI assistants.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong manual testing experience with detailed test case design.
• Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Healthcare or Life Sciences domain knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with LIMS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python
• Perform Database (DB) and API testing across application layers
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools and AI assistants (e.g., Claude) to accelerate automation workflows
• Manage defect tracking, test management, and documentation in JIRA and Confluence
• Design and execute detailed manual test cases where automation isn't yet in place
• Independently manage client and stakeholder communication throughout the testing lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and QA teams
• Report testing progress, defects, and risks clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in test automation using Robot Framework and Python
• Proficient in Database (DB) and API testing
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools, including practical experience using AI assistants (e.g., Claude)
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Strong background in Manual Testing, with the ability to design and execute detailed test cases
• Proven client-handling skills, with the ability to independently manage stakeholder communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

GOOD TO HAVE

• Domain knowledge in Healthcare or Life Sciences
• Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
