Job summary

The Kleingers Group is seeking a Staff Civil Engineer in Ohio to provide technical leadership on roadway and civil projects. You will guide study and design phases, mentor interns, and coordinate with clients to deliver quality plans.

A civil engineering degree and 3–5 years of roadway engineering experience are required; PE licensure is preferred but not required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation and OpenRoads, plus strong communication, will help you excel.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years roadway engineering experience preferred.
• PE licensure preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway and civil project design phases.
• Mentor co-ops and interns and coordinate with clients.
• Develop and present study and design documents.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and surveyors to ensure progress.
