Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking RNs with emergency or telemetry experience for the Short Stay Observational & Infusion Unit to support our emergency department and enhance care in a fast-paced setting.

The unit has 11 private beds with 6 infusion chairs and is supported by a Nurse Supervisor, patient care techs, and Health Unit Coordinators. This part-time (.6 FTE) night shift (7p–7a) offers comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Current WA state RN license or Multistate RN license.
• Healthcare provider CPR Certification.
• ACLS required.
• 2 yrs of emergency department or medical telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the emergency department and enhance patient care in a fast-paced setting.
• Work within the Short Stay Observational & Infusion Unit to coordinate care with nurses, techs, and coordinators.

Short Stay Observational & Infusion Unit - Overlake Medical Center & Clinics

Short Stay Observational & Infusion Unit is seeking RNs with a background in emergency or medical telemetry to support our emergency department and enhance the level of care for our patients in a fast-paced setting.

The unit has 11 beds (private rooms) with an additional 6 infusion chairs and is also supported by a Nurse Supervisor, patient care techs and Health Unit Coordinators.

Part-time w/Benefits (.6 FTE - 48 hours per two-week pay period)

NIGHTS / 12-hour shifts (7p - 7a)

Schedule:

Week 1: Mon, Tues

Week 2: Sat, Sun

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred.
• Current WA state RN license or Multistate RN license required.
• Healthcare provider CPR Certification required.
• ACLS required.
• 2 yrs of emergency department or medical telemetry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills require
