Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a Family Centered approach. The role requires a BSN with a commitment to obtain one if currently lacking, alongside CPR certification.
The RN will assess patient needs, manage care directives, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. This position offers a competitive salary at $36.90/hr, shift differentials, and benefits.
36 hrs/week, straight nights or day/night rotation, every other weekend, holiday rotation.
Base pay $36.90/hr plus applicable shift differentials. Pay commensurate with experience with $2/hr pay increase upon successful completion of department orientation. Benefits eligible.
Assists patients to move rapidly, uneventfully, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care while maintaining quality and safety as a priority. Delegates, directs, oversees, and provides developmentally appropriate patient care. Practices professional nursing and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and maintains a current Ohio Nursing License.
BSN; Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
