10 Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking experienced nurses for full-time positions. The role demands a strong commitment to patient care using a family-centered approach, assessing individualized needs, and maintaining quality and safety.
Successful candidates will have a BSN or an associate degree with a commitment to obtain a BSN within five years. A valid Ohio RN license and CPR certification are required, along with the ability to provide culturally competent care and work collaboratively with healthcare teams.

36 hours/week, straight nights or day/night rotation, every other weekend, holiday rotation. Base pay $36.90/hr plus applicable shift differentials. Pay will be commensurate with experience, with a $2/hr increase upon successful completion of department orientation. Benefits eligible.
Assists patients to move rapidly, uneventfully, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care while maintaining quality and safety as a priority. Delegates, directs, oversees and provides developmentally appropriate patient care. Practices professional nursing and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the ANA code of ethics and maintains a current Ohio nursing license.
