Job summary

The University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital seeks a clinically competent registered nurse to provide safe, therapeutic care to acutely ill patients. You will apply the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient goals.

This role requires CA RN licensure, current practice in the service, IV competency, and the ability to supervise licensed and unlicensed staff. You will participate in quality improvement and uphold USC values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Possess basic computer skills, required.
• Current RN experience in the specific service or department is preferred.
• One-year acute care experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Provide nursing care with supervision of licensed staff as applicable.
• Participate in organization-wide Performance Improvement activities.
