Job summary

Froedtert ThedaCare is seeking a Staff RN - Inpatient to provide comprehensive nursing care in an adult inpatient setting at our Milwaukee facility. This on-site role supports rotation across shifts with standard hours totaling 72 per pay period. The 0.9 FTE assignment offers career growth within Froedtert Health's regional network.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure and a BSN preferred, with demonstrated clinical competence and collaborative teamwork in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations.
• RN licensure in Wisconsin or a Multi-state Licensure (NLC) required within 90 days of hire.
• BSN preferred; a BSN or higher degree supports practice advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
• Deliver competent nursing care to primarily adult population.
• Follow ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice in day-to-day responsibilities.
