Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio
• BSN preferred or higher
• Experience in ICU or step-down units is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity patient care in ICU Step-Down.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitoring.
• Administer medications and titrate therapies according to protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions of care.
