Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
  • Assesses individualized patient needs and communicates priorities to LPNs, PCAs, unit coordinators and allied health staff.
  • Plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
  • Uses Therapeutic Communication to monitor physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and families.
  • Documents according to organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
