Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a group of patients in an inpatient environment. The role requires competency in caring for a primarily adult population. The job description incorporates essential functions adapted from the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice. Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

• Clinical competence and experience in managing target patient populations.
• Completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license via NLC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within one year.
