Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in Maryland.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience supervising GNAs and LPNs in nursing home settings.
Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor residents’ health and assess their needs to provide quality care.
- Work with physicians to create individual care plans and assist them during required operations or procedures.
- Maintain complete healthcare records and reports.
- Supervise, manage, and train GNAs and LPNs on staff.
- Perform routine procedures as needed, including administering medication and injections, and provide emergency medical care when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the facility.
