Qualificações

• Current state RN licensure is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required/preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and safety guidelines.
• Compassionate, organized with strong communication skills.
• Experience supervising GNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting.

Responsabilidades

• Observe and monitor residents' health and assess care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate healthcare records and reports.
• Supervise and train GNAs and LPNs on staff.
• Administer medications and injections; provide emergency care when needed.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
