Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time or per-diem opportunities. We offer 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) and 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with an hourly range of $40.00–$50.00.

You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, maintain documentation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, while supporting our

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
