Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited nursing program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license is required.
• BCLS certification is required.
• Advanced certification in specialty area, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Maintains standards of practice and coordinates patient care activities for quality outcomes.
