Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle, applying nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care. You will participate in a team-based environment to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care across shifts, maintaining professional standards, and demonstrating accountability. GA RN licensure and BCLS are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia (GA) current and in good standing
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• BSN preferred,Hospital setting experience encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Maintain standards of practice and demonstrate professional growth and accountability

Education

Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
