Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients per physician orders and established guidelines, in line with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

An experienced nurse residency is available for nurses looking to transition into the BMT specialty. GA RN license in good standing and BLS certification are required; BSN degree is preferred, with ongoing opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certification in American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
• Experience residency available for experienced nurses transitioning into the BMT specialty.
