Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.

This job is REMOTE.

FTE: 1.000000

Shift: Shift 1

Training will be in person initially and transition to hybrid. No weekends or holidays.

Job Summary:

The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics works collaboratively as part of an interprofessional team to provide therapeutic, patient- and family-centered care. Responsibilities include assessing patient health data, developing and evaluating care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices, and coordinating care across settings. The role involves patient care coordination, direct patient care, education, telephone triage/eVisits, and assisting with minor procedures. May float to other areas as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Other Information:
  • Experience Required: Clinical experience and/or interest in managing patient populations specific to the area.
  • Experience Preferred: At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
  • Education Required: Nursing licensure.
  • Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Licensure Required: Current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license via NLC, and BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
