University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital seeks a clinically competent registered nurse to provide safe and therapeutic care for acutely ill medical/surgical and maternal child patients. You will participate in interdisciplinary teams, perform established nursing procedures, and support unit teamwork with a positive attitude.

The role emphasizes nursing process application, communication skills, and ongoing quality improvement.

Competenze

  • RN with current licensure in California
  • ACLS when appropriate
  • BLS certification
  • NIHSS certification (as required)

Mansioni

  • Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate nursing care for each patient
  • Provide care via licensed staff under RN supervision
  • Participate in organization-wide Performance Improvement activities
