Job summary

Fairfield Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. The RN will supervise co-workers, delegate tasks, and administer medications in a safe, patient-centered manner.

Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians to ensure smooth transitions of care, documenting thoroughly, and maintaining FMC policies. Ohio license and CPR are required; prior nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program, resulting in a Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor’s in Nursing.
• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• CPR required.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
