Job summary

Fairfield Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care using the nursing process. You will administer medications, educate patients and families, and document care thoroughly from admission to discharge.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred prior nursing experience. You will work closely with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program leading to a nursing degree.
• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio (Ohio RN license).
• CPR certification is required.
• Previous nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
• Provide education for patient and family from admission through discharge.
