Description du poste

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

We are looking for a Staff Revenue Operations Manager to help shape how EvenUp plans for and achieves its growth targets. As we scale our go-to-market organization, this person will own the bottoms-up revenue model that connects company-level goals to the underlying assumptions across our Sales and broader GTM teams.

You’ll partner closely with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to build annual and quarterly plans, evaluate revenue performance, and conduct the strategic analyses that inform decisions around sales capacity, quotas, territories, and resource allocation. This is a highly analytical role that requires both strong modeling skills and the ability to translate complex business questions into clear recommendations.

Title and compensation to be determined based on candidate experience.

What you’ll do:
  • Own revenue planning and forecasting: Build and maintain EvenUp's bottoms-up GTM model, connecting revenue targets to the underlying drivers of performance, including pipeline, win rates, deal size, quota attainment, sales capacity, ramp time, churn, and expansion. Translate company-level growth targets into detailed operating assumptions and forecasts.

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning: Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to develop annual and quarterly plans across relevant departments. Evaluate what needs to be true across headcount, productivity, conversion, and retention to achieve our goals, identifying key assumptions, risks, and opportunities.

  • Drive strategic GTM analysis: Lead analyses that inform how we structure and allocate our GTM resources, including territory design, customer segmentation, quota setting, capacity planning, and sales productivity. Develop recommendations that help leadership make informed tradeoffs as the business scales.

  • Evaluate business performance: Analyze actual performance against plan, identify the underlying drivers of variances, and assess their implications for future results. Build scenarios and sensitivities to help leadership understand potential outcomes and determine where adjustments are needed.

  • Partner with GTM leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to Revenue Operations and functional leaders, translating complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations. Help leaders pressure-test assumptions, evaluate investment decisions, and prioritize opportunities to improve revenue performance.

  • Strengthen planning methodologies: Improve the models, assumptions, and analytical approaches used to plan and forecast the business. Partner with Finance, Data, and other cross-functional teams as needed to ensure planning is grounded in reliable data and reflects how EvenUp's GTM organization operates.

What we look for:
  • Relevant experience: 10+ years of experience in Revenue Planning & Analytics, GTM Strategy & Planning, Strategic Finance, Sales Finance, Revenue Operations, or a related function, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • Revenue modeling expertise: You have built and owned a bottoms-up revenue forecast, sales capacity model, or comparable operating model. You understand how assumptions around pipeline, win rates, deal size, quota attainment, ramp time, churn, and expansion translate into business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills: You can build models from scratch, evaluate scenarios, pressure-test assumptions, and break down complex business questions into structured analyses. You are comfortable working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

  • GTM and SaaS business acumen: You understand the drivers of revenue growth in a recurring-revenue business and how decisions around sales capacity, territory design, segmentation, quotas, and productivity affect performance.

  • Strategic problem-solving: You can identify the right questions to investigate, determine what the data needs to show, and develop recommendations that help leaders make decisions about planning, resource allocation, and GTM strategy.

  • Cross-functional partnership: You communicate analytical findings clearly and can work directly with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions, align on plans, and influence decisions without relying on formal authority.

  • Ownership and execution: You are comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment, managing ambiguous problems independently, and building planning models and processes that can evolve as the business scales.

Benefits & Perks:

As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:
