Qualifications

• PhD completed or expected by Dec 2026, in CS/ML/related field.
• Strong ML research background with publications or projects.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow.
• Proficient in Python and systems programming (C/C++).
• Experience translating research into production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foundational research to advance LLMs and multimodal systems.
• Design, implement, and evaluate novel model architectures and optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research prototypes to production.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and iterate to improve model quality.
• Incorporate doctoral research directions into the internal research agenda.
