Job Summary
The Staff Research Associate II position in the area of clinical neuroimaging (with specific focus on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of neuropsychiatric disorders and neuromodulation) is available within the UCSF Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging.
Under general supervision and guidance from the supervisor, Dr. Melanie Morrison, the successful candidate will perform management of a clinical neuroimaging laboratory and help train lab personnel for imaging.

As part of the role, the SRA II will have the opportunity to work closely with neurologist, psychiatrists, neurosurgeons, neuropsychologists, imaging scientists and engineers. The knowledge and skills learned provide excellent preparation for medical school or for graduate school in neuroscience, bioengineering, and psychology.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $28.04 - $45.09 (Hourly Rate).
