About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room at McKinney, Texas. Our OR is a fast-paced environment with high-acuity patients, including general and orthopedic surgery. The unit features advanced robotic-assisted orthopedic surgery with 3 DaVinci Xi Robots and state-of-the-art OR suites with integrated technology. We focus on a culture of safety, learning, mentoring, and career development.

Hospital Highlights

Our facility is a Magnet Recognized, 191-bed, non-profit hospital offering comprehensive healthcare services, including emergency care, vascular services, orthopedics, oncology, women’s services, and a Level III Neonatal ICU. We plan to expand to 400 beds as community needs grow.

Qualifications
