BAYADA Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in York. We serve adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis across York County. We offer full-time and part-time schedules, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Make home visits within designated territories
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and other treatments
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Follow doctors' orders and document care accurately
• Perform client assessments and case management
• Use electronic medical records for documentation

Qualifications

• Current RN license in PA
