We are recruiting for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits in Southwest Missouri. This is a full-time position.

What you’ll do:

Visit clients in their homes, helping them recover from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.

• Manage cases, develop care plans, and deliver skilled care including assessments, medication management, wound care, and more
• Support clients from discharge to meeting their goals at home
• Provide education to patients and families

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Previous home health experience required
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
